The skin around the undereye area is very delicate and thin that putting extra pressure on this area can cause fine lines to develop. It is important to be gentle with the skin on your eye area so here are some tips to do that:
- When removing your mascara, refrain from drag the cotton to your eye back and forth. Instead, soak a cotton pad with your makeup remover and press it lightly on your skin or use a gently cleansing balm to remove your makeup.
- Avoid rubbing your eye
- Don’t pull on your skin around your eye
- When applying creams and serums, pat the product using your ring finger to apply little pressure
